Pickup & Delivery Service - Sonoma
County, CA
Jobs under $250 will be charged for pick-up &
delivery, upon request. 4 hour lead time for this service.
Mailing Charges
Please provide your overnight carrier account
information at time of order (preferred). Mailing jobs up to 16"x20" -
$5.00 minimum charge plus postage and insurance. All work F.O.B.
Rohnert Park, CA.
Payment Methods
DIGI-TYPE accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash.
All returned checks or uncollectible ACH debit transactions subject
to a $25.00 service charge over and above the amount of the original check. Returned check reimbursement payments must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check or money order.
Service Schedule
Normal service schedules are for our standard business
day, starting at the time we receive your order.
Extended
Hours
Extended hours are available by quote. Please contact
us for more information.
File
Submission
Files submitted for output must be correctly prepared.
Upon request, DIGI-TYPE will correct or modify files to
specification at additional cost. Normal output time
will be determined from the receipt of written approval
of such modifications from client.
Order Form
Order Form is required. DIGI-TYPE is not responsible for
errors unless specific written instructions are included.
Mounting & Laminating
DIGI-TYPE takes great care in mounting and laminating, but assumes no
liability when mounting or laminating customer supplied materials.
Sales Tax
CA Sales tax is charged on accounts unless a fully
executed sales tax exemption certificate or resale
certificate is on file.
Returns
Course Materials/College Readers can be returned within
two weeks after class start date ONLY if student dropped/withdrew from the class. Student MUST provide
drop/withdraw proof.
Credit will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made. Allow two weeks for processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Price/Policy Changes
All of our prices, policies, and schedules are subject
to change without notice.
Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless DIGI-TYPE
from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any
and all manner of claims, demands, actions and
proceeding that may be instituted against DIGI-TYPE on
the grounds alleging that said printing violates any
copyright or any proprietary right of any person.
You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s)
and/or material(s) being reproduced on your order.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any media, disk, film,
print, slide, negative or artwork for printing or other
handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any
damages or loss by DIGI-TYPE even though due to the negligence or other fault of our
company will only entitle you to
replacement with a like amount of media, disk, film, and
or paper. Except for such replacement the acceptance of
media, disk, film and or paper, is without other
warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental
or consequential damages excluded. Dyes used in color
materials, like all other dyes may change with time and
usage. These products, therefore, will not be warranted
against any change in color for longer than the
manufacturers specifications.
