great idea to life, general desktop publishing only is not enough. It takes special skills to
highlight the details when creating layouts - margins, font size, image
resolution, bleed, compilation. DIGI-TYPE's team understands how to perfect the
initial art to its best. For years we have serviced publishers,
advertising agencies, and printers taking their printing projects to the final
stage.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
- DIGI-TYPE can convert your
hard-copy documents into digital, editable text using the latest OCR
technologies.

Image correction and restoration - we can effectively
scan images, restore photographs, correct image tone and color, and optimize the
quality of onscreen and printed materials using Adobe Photoshop CS2 and other applications

File preparation - we prepare the fonts, graphics, images, margins, and other details for the print
ready file. While checking the layout, we optimize the graphics, edit the images
and check the output file size and resolution. Fonts are outlined (convert to
curve), when necessary, before making the print ready EPS or PDF
file. We also remove any unwanted elements that might be included in the file. RGB images are converted to CYMK
before placing in other applications such as -
